Surveys

Dear stakeholders, in order to adequately prepare suitable programmes for you, the Guidance and Counselling Department has put together a few surveys to get the required data. We are kindly asking you to take approximately five minutes to complete them for us.

• Survey 1 seeks to get information about student readiness for the 2020-2021 academic year in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is to be completed by all students (both new and returning). Kindly click HERE to complete the survey.

• Survey 2 seeks to evaluate the Guidance and Counselling Programme for the 2019-2020 academic year from the perspective of all stakeholders (returning Students, Parents, Teachers and all categories of staff) . Kindly click HERE to complete the survey.

• ​Survey 3 seeks to get information about parent/guardian readiness for the 2020-2021 academic year in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is to be completed by all parents. Kindly click HERE to complete the survey.
